GROUP TRAINING IS AVAILABLE FOR KICKBOXING AND BOXING. COMBINES BODY WEIGHT, AND ZONE TRAINING. BURN CALORIES, TONE MUSCLES, AND IMPROVE ALL AROUND CARDIO!
PERSONAL TRAINING
THIS IS PRIVATE OR SEMI PRIVATE ( UP TO 4 PEOPLE ). THIS TRAINING IS TO IMPROVE STRENGTH AND CARDIO, USING WEIGHTS, RESISTANCE BANDS, ZONE TRAINING AND SPECIFIC DRILLS TO IMPROVE COORDINATION, AND OVER ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
DEPENDING ON YOUR GOALS OUR PERSONAL TRAINING USES DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES TO HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH WHAT YOU WANT.
